PRESENT PERFECT TENSE

USAGE: (Where to Speak)

• It is used for an action just completed in the present. (நிகழ்காலத்தில் முற்றுப்பெற்ற வினை)
• It is also used for an action completed in the past but connected with the present contexts. (இறந்த காலத்தில் முற்றுப்பெற்று நிகழ்காலத்தோடு தொடர்புடைய செயல்)

In case of irregular verbs, we have to use the third form of the verb.

In case of "I,He,She,It", use "has"

In case of "We,You,They", use "have"

ACTIVE VOICE

          Subject + have/has + verb + ed (Past participle of the verb)

Present perfect tense ஐப் பொறுத்தவரை வாக்கியங்கள் செய்திருக்கிறேன், செய்திருக்கிறோம், செய்திருக்கிறாய், செய்திருக்கிறீர்கள், செய்திருக்கிறான், செய்திருக்கிறாள், செய்திருக்கிறது, செய்திருக்கிறார்கள், செய்திருக்கின்றன என முடிவடையும். மேலும் செய்துள்ளேன், செய்து விட்டேன், செய்தாகிவிட்டது, செய்தாச்சு போன்றும் முடிவடையலாம்.
